Our origins date back to the early 1980s, when Pierluigi Ferrara founded TAP Security, creating one of the first Italian companies specialized in automation and security systems.
From the very beginning, our goal has always been the same: to anticipate technological evolution and transform it into concrete, reliable and scalable solutions.
In the late 1990s, we developed a new paradigm for the hospitality sector: a fully wireless hotel automation system, designed to simplify building management and improve operational efficiency.
This vision took shape in the early 2000s under the name TAP Hotel, progressively evolving into HCS® — the brand that today represents the synthesis of our experience, technological expertise and capacity for innovation.
Since 2006, HCS has stood for an integrated, scalable and fully wireless approach to intelligent building management.
