RECEPTION KIT
SOFTWARE
HCS VISION system includes the RECEPTION KIT, made up of management software dedicated to specific operational areas of the hotel, with different access levels:
- "HCS-Status": dedicated to receptionists
- "HCS-Gestione": dedicated to hotel management (owners, management, safety and maintenance managers, housekeeper).
The software sends and receives information from the HCS VISION devices through the VISION-CONNECT GATEWAY. In this way, important information is displayed at the reception in real time, allowing to offer useful services in a simple and efficient way.
Thanks to the software, many useful services can be performed easily from the reception with simple operations:
- Open a room door.
- Turn the lights on or off.
- Manage room temperatures or turn the thermostat on/off.
- Change the room.
- Request room cleaning or maintenance.
- Extend the stay of guests.
- Quick check-in and check-out operations.
- Facilitated group check-in operations.
- Check the membership of an RFID card and/or disable it.
The software is compatible with the most popular PMS systems and can be installed in different work stations.

GATEWAY VISION-CONNECT
The GATEWAY VISION-CONNECT transmits information between the HCS VISION devices and the software via an exclusive encrypted wireless ZIG-BEE protocol. Each GATEWAY manages up to 60 rooms, regardless of the distance or location of the rooms and the software.
