WIRELESS BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEMS FOR HOTELS
The wall reader is installed on the wall outside the room, and it is connected via RS485 to the internal reader. It opens the door when the RFID card enabled during check-in approaches. LEDs shows the presence of the customer in the room, the activation of "Do Not Disturb" and the request for cleaning. It is also equipped with a bell. The device can be installed in any area of the hotel where access control is required, such as: meeting rooms, sensitive areas, offices, warehouses, parking, Spa, gyms, etc. It can also be used to open an automatic door, and thanks to a special waterproof and fireproof treatment, it can be installed outdoors.
It is also available in a digital numeric keypad version.
The Energy Saver connects all room devices to the software via the VISION-CONNECT GATEWAY, with which it communicates directly thanks to the wireless ZIG-BEE transmission. The reader is installed on the wall inside the room, near the entrance door. When the enabled RFID keycard is inserted, it turns on the lighting and air conditioning system, showing as well the presence of the guest or authorized personnel inside the room in real time.

The thermostat controls and manages the room temperature, switching it on and off. The parameters are set and managed in the software, as well as the comfort temperature, active when the guest is not in the room, or with the room in "check-in" status. It communicates with the window sensor, turning off the air conditioning when it is opened. Thanks to its technical characteristics, the thermostat can be connected and interfaced with any kind air conditioning system.
The sensor is installed in the window and controls its opening. It communicates directly with the thermostat, turning off the air conditioning when the window is opened.
It shows the status of the window to the software in real time: whether it is open or closed, or any attempts to force it from outside, or when the room is empty.
These elegant panels are installed near the beds to control the turning off or on of the lights, and closing/opening of the room curtains, to offer the desired lighting to the guests.
